In 2003, I found a palace doll site called Doll Paradise and I thought it was pretty cool. I wanted to make my own site, but at that point I had no idea how. I first tried out coding on AOL Hometown. I failed at it and thought putting a textarea over an image was an iframe. After looking at a few HTML help websites, I decided to make a site called Dollie Delight. I made a layout and a few graphics when I realized the name was taken, but even though the site didn't actually exist I thought of a new site name since I didn't want to get yelled at for having the same name, lol. I called it Tropical Sparkles and used the same frames layout, but I got bored with that name. So I made yet another site called Sweet Sparkles. Again I used the same layout, but I wanted to get better at graphics before I started a site. I never opened any of those sites since they weren't good enough.
Once I got better at graphics, I started working on a new site. I spent about 6 months working on the site and I opened in September 2004. In spring 2005, I decided I didn't like palace dolls anymore and deleted the doll section from my site. I closed my site sometime in June since I didn't like the name or cartoon dolls anymore. I also wanted to start over with a completely new site since my computer's hard drive crashed and I lost all of my files. I started working on SS, and that's where I am now :D
